Pelican Crest

Located between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach, approximately a mile inland from the Pacific Ocean, is the Village of Pelican Crest. This village consists of fewer than 100 custom homes, most of which boast ocean views. Pelican Crest is defined by Newport Coast Drive to the south and and Pelican Hill Road to the north and east.
